Carrot Apple Lime Juice

This juice is amazing in so many different ways.  first of all, its only 3 ingredients and super easy to make.  Second, do not let its simplicity fool you, the taste is so flavourful and delicious its simplicity at its finest.  Third of all, this juice is so healthy, carrots, apples and limes offer so much nutrients and just the right amount of sweetness. Carrots are rich in Vitamin A, which supports eye, skin and bone health, apples phytonutrients help regulate blood sugar, and limes are high in Vitamin C to maintain a healthy immune system.

You will probably want to start juicing this amazing combination of fruits and vegetables right now, so lets get to it:

Serves one

  • 3-4 large carrots
  • 2 apples, cored (any kind of apple will suit this recipe)
  • 1 lime (Juice the lime separately in a manual juicer and pour it into the carrot and apple mixture afterwards because the skin of limes is very bitter and take my word you don’t want to put it through your juicer)

*Put the carrots and apples through a juicer, pour in your lime juice and that’s it!
