When I first went vegan one of my first purchases was a juicer (and a blender). Before turning vegan I had never tried or drank a green juice, maybe because they weren’t trendy yet or maybe I just never cared for it. I can tell you now that juicing has nothing to do with being vegan.
This is one of my favourite smoothie combinations when I’m craving something filling and very healthy. This is a smoothie you can drink for breakfast, before a workout, or when you need to fuel up for a long day ahead.

There is only 3 ingredients in this entire snack, its easy to make, tastes delicious and not to mention it’s healthy.

Carrots are rich in Vitamin A, which supports eye, skin and bone health, apples phytonutrients help regulate blood sugar, and limes are high in Vitamin C to maintain a healthy immune system.
